Is SGD 750 really the whole price for a website?
Yes, for the website itself. A domain and hosting are separate and are paid to the companies that provide them, not to us. There is no monthly fee and no licence fee.
How do I pay?
SGD 100 to start, and the remaining SGD 650 when the site goes live. Card, PayNow or GrabPay.
How long does it take?
One month from the day the deposit is paid.
How many pages do I get?
Up to eight. Most small businesses need about five.
What if I do not have the words or photos ready?
Most people do not, and it is the main reason website projects stall. Tell us about your business and we will write the pages and suggest the images.
Do I own the website and the domain?
Yes. The domain is bought in your name, and the site is yours.
Do I need a .sg or a .com?
A .sg says you are a Singapore business and costs about SGD 50 a year. A .com is about SGD 30 a year and is better if you sell outside Singapore. You can have both.
What does hosting cost?
From SGD 200 a year, depending on what the site has to do. A straightforward business site sits at the bottom of that range.
Can we meet in person?
Yes, if you would rather. It is priced differently because it takes more of our people's time, so tell us on WhatsApp and we will talk it through. Most people are happy working over WhatsApp.
Can we have a call if something needs explaining?
Yes, as many as the project needs, at no extra charge. Online meetings along the way are part of the price.
Will the site work on a phone?
Yes. That is where most of your visitors will be, so it is built for a phone first.
Can you update it later?
Yes. Message us and we will quote the change. There is no retainer you have to sign up to.
Will it show up on Google?
It is built so Google and AI search can read it properly. That is the foundation. Ranking for a competitive search also takes time and content, and we will tell you honestly what is realistic for your trade.
